  We were the only car in the drive through and waited quite some time for someone to come on and ask for our order. It looked as if the system for the speaker was turned off and back on. We placed our order and the speaker was very short with responses. At the window to pay, loud music was playing and we could hear loud conversations and cursing from inside. The lady who took our payment and gave us our order was kind though. I’m not sure we will be returning to this location.

  There was a guy working there by himself in the morning of 8/5 and he was extremely rude tried to ask a question about an order a cussed at me and insulted me

  Absolutely terrible mobile order to pick up brought the bag stapled closed get home half the order was missing when called they were so rude and acted like they were being asked to give free food out I literally paid for the shit ! Sonic do better and teach customer service to your employees

  We stopped by here last night at about 9 pm after my son's baseball playoff game down the road. We parked and pushed the button only to be met with an aggressive voice saying " were only serving drive thru tonight". I was confused because they were in fact open and other people were actively eating on the picnic tables. When I asked why they won't serve me she said they are short staffed to which I replied ok then why can you take drive thru orders but not mine it's the same order no matter where I place it. She decided to completey ignore me at that point. You guys were not even that busy. Maybe three parked cars and a few in the drive thru. Customer service deserves a zero and I can't speak on the food because we left and went elsewhere. This location has done this to me before and I have let it be but I do think your management and maybe corporate need to know that this is a regular habit and they way your employees speak to people is not ok. This is the closest drive thru to the baseball fields if you guys would actually accept customers instead of turning them away you could probably make a killing.
