WARNING, be aware of expiration dates. 3 times I have been given dairy and/or eggs that have expired. I just got groceries last week and the babybel cheese had expired on March 16th. Considering it’s the end of April…🤦🏻♀️

The app said our order would be done by 5pm the latest. 7 pm I call the store because it said picked, but not available yet. I asked what the hold up is, the woman who was working April 25th at this time told me she was the only one working on pickup orders. She said she would start picking it at that time and they close at 10 for pickup. I waited and didn’t get a notification until 9:30pm. This wasn’t enough time for me to get to the store and get the groceries before close. 9 hours to complete an order means there is either a skill issue or staff issue. Otherwise the staff is just unusually cruel to customers and their families. This store can’t deliver. I will never depend on this store again unless I’m doing the shopping myself.
- PMP MApr 12, 20261.0Customer service sucks! 630pm on Sunday the North door is locked have to go to south door there was no carts the deli had fried chicken im the case the deli clerk wouldn't serve us because he closed early I addressed this to Alyssa who said she was a manager and she said she couldn't do anything because corporate wouldn't let them hire any help and wouldn't give them any hours. I will not be shopping at Safeway again.
