This might have been the best chile relleno I've ever had - perfectly crispy, just the right spice, and so cheesy! The green chile was also great and the sopapillas didn't look right, but ended up tasting great and surprising us all! I'd also be remiss if I didn't mention the margaritas - delicious and potent as ever. Great location, service, and atmosphere. Sit on the patio if you can!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Rio Grande — The Perfect Rehearsal Dinner! We could not have been happier with our rehearsal dinner at Rio Grande! From beginning to end, everything was wonderful and it was the perfect way to kick off Josh and Anja’s wedding weekend. I especially have to recognize Chris, the manager, who was absolutely SPECTACULAR to work with! Planning a rehearsal dinner from beginning to end comes with a lot of details, and Chris made the entire process so easy. He was accommodating, responsive, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was just right for our family and guests. I cannot say enough good things about him! The food was delicious, and there was plenty for everyone. But just as impressive was the staff—they were AMAZING! Friendly, attentive, efficient, and always making sure our guests were taken care of. Everything flowed so smoothly that we were actually able to relax, enjoy ourselves, and spend time with the people we love. It was exactly what we wanted for the night before the wedding: great food, great drinks, lots of laughter, and all of our favorite people together in one place. ❤️ Chris and the entire Rio Grande team, THANK YOU for taking such wonderful care of us and helping make our rehearsal dinner such a fun and memorable evening. We would choose you again in a heartbeat! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly, highly recommend!

We ordered the fajita steak burrito. I haven't been here in a few years. My go to plate has always been this burrito. I am extremely disappointed in this meal! There was several pieces of steak that was grisly and way to much pieces of fat in the burrito. When I pay 20 bucks for a burrito I would expect that not to be the case.

Had dinner there last night and have to say it’s the worst food I’ve ever eaten there. I had chicken fajitas and it tasted like a flavorless boiled chicken breast, with yellow peppers that were mushy and tasted sweet with a slight sour taste! I’ve never seen fajitas served like this. I figured they would be grilled, sizzling, hot and tasty, but honestly the worst fajitas I’ve ever had! My husband had chicken tortilla soup, it was gross! Tasted like canned red enchilada sauce with boiled chicken in it! He couldn’t even eat it, and he’s not a picky eater. To top it all off, our waiter was terrible. Asked for chips and salsa 3 times! He never brought any, so had another server finally grab us some! Very disappointed with the Rio and the quality we experienced and won’t be going back anytime soon.
