- JCJ CApr 28, 20261.0Literally the worst Pizza Hut in Northern Colorado. Ordered from here and they used door dash. Dasher steels order. Manager calls to try and make it right by offering free food for on next visit. Come in was told they can’t do it in store. Tried to order online and it doesn’t work. So they never made it right and wasted more of our time by us driving all the way in. Avoid this location. Order pizza some place else. Customer service and management at this location are horrible.

- HTHeart Luck TattooApr 8, 20261.0I ordered food directly through Pizza Hut app, and it door dash. I did this on purpose so I wouldn’t get cold pizza while the dasher runs other deliveries. Pizza Hut somehow forwarded the delivery to DoorDash, but it said my pizza would be here within 10 minutes. 30 minutes later, I message the door dasher to see if he got lost, and guess what… he told me he was at Safeway grocery shopping for another order. So my dinner is sitting in your car getting cold, while you are shopping for groceries. When I called Pizza Hut to explain that I wasn’t happy about it, and tell them I’d like to just cancel the order since it would be cold by the time it gets to me, the lady simply said, “sorry about that” and then just hung up. Not once did she offer to make it right, or anything. 3 words and click! Will never order from this place again!! Can’t believe this is how a paying customer is treated.
