  Edit: pretty sure it is the delivery via door dash because after this fiasco I discovered the middle of the pizza had been cut as to hide a small portion for themselves. I generally dont use door dash in this area because of ongoing issues with this. Pizza hut refunded me, and for that im thankful, but get your own delivery drivers because door dash is going hurt your business Pizza hut uses door dash as a delivery service versus in house drivers. The driver was not given my 2 2 liters of soda. I called, and got connected with i can only guess who is a manager ( around 6:20 pm on 8/09/2026) and he had another driver bring me my 2 liters. In which one had been opened drank from. Idk if that manager did it in spite or if their delivery driver did but this is insane behavior on both pizza hut and their delivery service. Pizza is good. But this service for delivery is absolutely horrible.

  I ordered a personal pan pizza with bacon. I ordered extra bacon. I paid for extra bacon. I did not see any bacon on my pizza. One corner of pizza had no cheese. Disappointed.

  Sauce goes on the dough, it shouldn’t be the primary item through the toppings, and the cheese! It’s absolutely gross and virtually inedible. I took everything off the pizza and reassembled it. In addition the fact that DoorDash delivers for Pizza Hut means I will never get a delivery from Pizza Hut again. It really makes me wonder why this company charges double for the same pizza if you order through DoorDash, plus the exorbitant fees, yet if you go through Pizza Hut you get it for half price but they still deliver with DoorDash? Ripping off the customer at least one way is not an honest business practice at all! 🤮 to the whole experience P.s. canned responses show you care very little about each customer’s experience.

  Pizza Hut used to be a cultural icon. Now it’s just another place where you pick up a pizza and leave. For a Friday evening and close your seating area after 7:30pm … hmmm. The sign on the door didn’t say the restaurant was closed. Might was well go to a grocery store and get frozen pizza and take it home. It’s cheaper.
