  Lazy, Doesn't help customers negligence. Always getting orders wrong worst one in Greeley by far.

  I waited in line for 20 minutes even though i did an online order then they didnt even give me everything I ordered and the app wouldnt let me get a refund for my missing food. Very poor quality in service

  If I could give them 0 stars I would they have horrible customer service. This last time was the last straw. I went through the drive through and ordered 2 happy meals both cheeseburgers, got myself 2 hot n spicy and a small fries. They gave me my order and had me move to number 1 spot to wait for the happy meals. It took them about 15 minutes I had hungry babies and my food had gotten cold when the guy brought me the happy meals I brought to his attention that I had been waiting over 10 minutes and my food had gotten cold and my babies were getting hungry and antsy. He said he needed to talk to his manager. A few minutes later he came back with a apple pie and said that his manager said that’s all she could do. I told him that that wont work and he said I am welcome to go in and talk to her which I said I have two little ones and tat are hungry and had been waiting long enough that I would be calling. So I called the manager was really rude she acted like she was superior then me when I explained what happen she said she couldn’t do anything that she would let her manager know and possibly they would get me a free meal I told her I wanted a refund to that she said they can’t because I have the food (and at this time I had just gotten home and like I said I had hungry toddlers) and they would need the food back but she would let her manager know and she might give me a free meal. I used to manage a McDonald’s when I was younger and I for sure know it shouldn’t of took 15 minutes to make 2 cheeseburgers and fries especially on a non busy day.

  If I could give this store a negative I would. I had to call corporate for missing food that they missed. Not the customer. Them. No wonder the food industry is tanking with people who run the store like this I hope it closes down. I was missing 2 sandwiches. I had no help from this store. I then called corporate who took care of it. 4 HOURS LATER I received 3 phone calls harassing me about an issue that was resolved. They then continued to call and even threaten my mother. Maria and Ana who are "managers" should be fired. Good luck, you both need it.

  This mcdonalds should have a 1 star review. I dont even know how it has over 2 stars. Do not come here!! Everytime I go they mess up something on my orders. I just order delivery from here. I ordered a shamrock shake and a diet coke. I got my ordered delivered and it only had the shake and no diet coke. And I dont think it was a doordashers fault because the bag was fully sealed and stickered up. The stickers werent broken. The ticket literally says what i ordered but they mess up something everytime. Just make that extra drive to a different mcdonalds if ur not trying to get a messed up order
