  Ordered breakfast on the app at 10:45, reported to the app I was at the restaurant in line by 10:58 in the drive thru and by the time we gave them the code at the speaker at 11:03 they out right refused our order for breakfast since it was “past timel” and were incredibly rude. Stated they canceled the order for a refund which they never did. I ended up having to go into the app myself and request a refund that takes 7 days. As we drove off, the kid in the window laughed at us despite us making zero fuss about the issue. Embarrassing service even for McDonald’s

  Tonight I went through the drive through and made a special order due to my kid being allergic to ingredients on the food. It even shows on the receipt they logged it. Long story short I'm now in the emergency room because they couldn't read a ticket. I said ketchup only due to a deadly onion allergy. When I tried to call the manager i was told I needed to provide proof of me sitting at the emergency room with my kid and then he hung up on me. This problem needs fixed immediately. If your child has allergies don't eat here they obviously can't read the tickets and will get your kid sick.

  It's McDonald's. Pre-ordering breakfast doesn't make it faster. Intermittent long wait times.

  My filet fish meal was over cooked. Fries were old. Very upset because its not the first time this has happened to me.

  I've lived down the street from this McDonald's for 4 years and have given it far too many chances. Every single visit the food has either been cold, has sat in the warmer way too long, or comes smashed and made with zero care or pride missing ingredients. The list gose on. It's consistently the worst McDonald's I've ever been to no quality, no effort. Something needs to change. I dont even see how your in business seeing how the lines always backed up wait time 10 minutes at times and the crew cant seem to put out a quality product. What a shame cant even use the charts given to them to operate correctly. Zero McDonald's standard help up here. Just go to the one off of highway 85 and 31st street they where you'll receive what you you expect from a large chain.
