Their bread is ALWAYS stale their staff is ALWAYS upset and they can’t make a good sandwich if they had a how to video right in front of them. I got a sandwich today, paid for double meat and the bread was so hard when I got home my tooth cracked. I called, the guys said “thanks for letting me know.” No sorry, no offer for a refund. This place needs a health inspection, I’ve gotta a sandwich in the morning and the bread is stale. This place is the worst Jimmy John’s around.
