  I got delivery and my soda was flat and had no flavor. The unwhich was ok.

  This was the first time I have been to Jimmy John's. The food was really good. Staff was friendly. I will go back.

  I changed my review as it seems that JJ has decided to not sell Ice Tea any longer and only offers water for diabetics. All the drinks contain sugar or fake sugar. This is discrimination towards diabetics. Unless they put Ice tea back they have lost a good customer. I have to change this review as I had not opened my sandwich yet and when I did open it I was so angry. I go to JJ because there's always a sufficient amount of meat and there was barely any meat. I am a regular 2 to 4 times a month but the cut the amount of meat down. It's bad enough food is expensive but cutting portions will only make customers leave. Ya'll need to fix things or I will not be back. Only thing I don't like is the employees put gloves on to make food, which is great. The problem is they touch their clothes, hats and face, etc, with their gloves on. Which is very un sanitary and defeats the purpose of gloves. While I appreciate the owner responding to my original review, I am still a very disappointed customer. Miles knows me and can confirm I am a repeat customer for a long time.
