  I ordered a sub and it took over 45 minutes for it arrive. I called the store and the person who answered was very kind and let me know they are extremely understaffed. New owners do something about this.

  This location sucks, I don’t know what they’re doing over there. Just ordered online and I’m missing my other sandwich. Seems like a pretty big thing to miss.

  I wish I could rate it zero, walked in and there was another customer inside yelling about drivers, I barely got done with a sentence before my sandwich was wrapped and ready without asking if I wanted anything on it, then when I brought it to their attention I was met with an abrasive response and terrible customer service. I will be letting anyone who will listen know about my experience. Do better, could've got decent service anywhere else. DO YOURSELVES A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION, GO ANYWHERE ELSE...ABSOLUTELY AWFUL

  I don't understand what has happened over the last few weeks here. This jimmy johns has become hostile to any and all customers. I've seen 3 managers now actively cuss or insult other employees. This place was fine a few weeks ago. Most recently I witnessed a skinny employee with a beard and longer hair touch himself and then make a sandwich. Yes he was wearing gloves but sticking your hand into your pants and then touching food should be criminal.
