  Drove up couldn't understand the young man I ask him for a small sandwich. Which I had no idea the 6 inch look like a wrap very disponted. I ask to talk to a manager a young lady got very rude with me I asked her if she can give me the next size wanted to charge me for it instead of making it right . I asked why I had to pay since I already paid. She told me she could refuse service. So I told her to just refund me very badly handled . I own a business and I would want to make it right. I have been going there since they opened. But they lost me. I will b going to Center place the people there are much friendly.

  Jimmy John’s app charged me twice after it glitched out. Reached out to the store to get a refund, and was met with one of the most rudest people I have ever had the displeasure of talking to. Currently waiting on a call from corporate to speak to someone who is hopefully has a better attitude.

  Just look at these pictures, this is the amount of meat that was on my sandwich today 5/11/26. One little piece of turkey. This place is slowly getting worse and worse.
