    Girl with pink money piece and sand dollar tattoo came out to help take orders while theres a long line and proceeds to talk to friend the whole time terrible service

    We ordered a medium Golden Eagle without ice (for health reasons) and they gave me half the cup, which is the size of a small, when I paid for a medium. The only logical explanation is that they put more ice than coffee in their cups. I was surprised because it's the first time they've done this.

    Definitely very disappointed with this store and we will not be going back. Ordered 5 drinks. The girl clearly couldn’t read our order because she had to remake drinks. No Carmel drizzle to any of the cups that was specifically asked for. Our order was almost 50.00 and she wouldn’t take our money. Worst customer service I’ve seen here but this time we won’t be going back. It’s a bummer because it’s really close and convenient.

    This is hands down my favorite dutch stop in Northern Colorado. The team is always well spirited and friendly, with kick butt playlists going all the time! They are faster than any other dutch I've visited and my drinks are always on point and delicious 😋. Definitely worth the stop and getting to know the team, I recommend to swing by on a holiday too, they always find a fun way to share the spirit. I do not want to acknowledge how much money I spend here 😅 but it's worth it every single time!

    I just went through the drive thru and wasn’t quite ready. The nice gal told me to order at the window (I was close). As I get up, the girl at the window literally yells at her in front of everyone and was extremely rude to her! When I said something, she said “well she’s supposed to come back but whatever. “ As someone who is a manager, I was APPALLED that she would talk to another coworker and or employee that way. Management needs to look into that. It was not okay. It was extremely uncomfortable and the other employees seemed uncomfy too. My coffee was also wrong.
