- EDE D5 days ago1.0Chipotle needs to support their staff more. They were short staffed and out of all rice, chips, fajitas, honey chicken, napkins, and their special drinks. At least put up a sign saying "sorry, low on ingredients today!" or give us a discount. By the time we knew they were out of everything, we already were ordering. Staff were nice but the lack of most of the food was disappointing. Edit: the tortilla to my quesadilla was tough and chewy and the beans were flavorless :( and we still paid full-price when there was a major lack of ingredients and the food tastes bad. There also wasn't any kids for the guacamole. Chipotle is usually my favorite but I don't know if they are really that good anymore :'(

I ended up having to take our food to go because the burrito was falling apart and leaking bean and salsa juice everywhere. I ended up putting it in a bowl, but they were out of forks for the entire restaurant. She offered to rewrap my half eaten burrito, but it wasn’t sincere. Everything just felt completely half assed.
