  During the day this place is a 4-5 star place but evening service needs a lot of work. Very dirty kitchen line, slow service for minimal queue, and smaller than normal portions which I think is because they don’t want to restock their items. Happens every time I come in the evening, I will be coming back just not in the evening

  We order a group order for the office online. They didn't label anything, so we couldn't tell whose burritos or bowls were whose without opening them. No clue who ordered what. They didn't include all pf the sides. The chips must have gotten water on them because half were soggy. The food was good, but pretty rough if you have a group order.

  This was my order: Beef Barbacoa (1x), Steak (1x), Double Wrap with Tortilla ($0.50), Pinto Beans, Tomatillo-Red Chili Salsa, Cheese, Queso Blanco ($1.60), Romaine Lettuce, Guacamole ($2.95), and No Rice. From the picture it is clearly wrong. I rarely go to chipotle because of the cost versus what you get. After today spending $20 and not even remotely getting what I ordered especially the extras I paid for I am not sure I will go back even with the free entree that doesn’t cover the extras I already paid for, total after reorder is $2.65 even though I already paid for everything the first time.

  My order was suppose to be ready at 3:50pm. I came in to pick it up at 3:55. There was one person behind the food line making food and another in back making food. I never got acknowledged by the guy behind the line. He was only making order for walk in customers so after he started helping customers who came in AFTER me I made him acknowledge me by sitting in front of the cash register. He said "excuse me I've got to check them out" I said "I've been waiting for my online order it's 30+ minutes late and I want a refund" he told me the lady who walked in 5 minutes ago was making online orders. I waited 10 more minutes before I got my order and I got the the car and my cheese quesidilla was missing. I had to go back in to not get acknowledged by the same guy but when the girls who made my order came out she did acknowledge me. She made it promptly and apologized. My pick up order was a total of 46 minutes late... the biggest issue is customer service. If the guy would have acknowledged me it would have made a big difference. I've worked in food industry for 10+ years and this place is horrible. This is the first time something like this has happened. The higher ups need to make a big change with this place. Horrible experience. There was 5 other people waiting behind me for their pick up orders also not being acknowledged and their orders 30+ minutes late

  Ordered 2 burritos. Both double wrapped. Received one double wrapped but that's not what was wrong as they are in the trash can. Were soaked in the hottest sauce they have which I ordered fresh tomato salsa on them. Who the hell do they have working? They were a mess, inside stuff was outside of tortilla. What a waste of money
