  It's really frustrating when you pay a premium for food you can't eat. Almost every bit of steak was too chewy. I sat there spitting almost every piece out because I wasn't able to chew it. My kid left all of hers for the same reason. I know everything is expensive, but $36 for a burrito, a bowl and 2 drinks is absolutely stupid when most of it went in the trash. Thanks for ruining my night! The person that owns this place should come try the steak and see if you feel like it's something you'd eat. I bet it's not.

  Do you want stake with tough fat in every bite? Or maybe you want to wait 15-30 in line on a slow Thursday evening? Then this is the spot. It blows my mind how often something it broken or out at this place. Today it was chips and hard shell taco, and I wanted chips but it wasn't the end of the world. Though I think everytime I've gone in throughout my time in greeley theres something wrong or they are out of something. I went last week and their coke zero was empty and today it was still empty. Same with their juices, never full. And the wait time my god, it isnt the fault of the team members it's definitely a manger thing. Today I watch clearly a new guy struggling to wrap a burrito about four times before the cashier guy came over to help. And for some reason theres always someone training there. Probably cause they can't hold an employee to save their life. Ive heard horror stories about this place from former workers and my god does management need to something to make that place run better. I don't want any of this blame to be put on team member but the managers can take the front. Like why the hell are their four people jn the kitchen area and two people up front with one person making burritos. I can see the lifeless eyes and tired bodies scooping the slop from the trough and it makes me sad. Chipotle has gone down hill and its clear that this location is the epitome of it all. I'll probably be back again due to it being the only one here in greeley and it's convenient enough for me when i have little time to eat.   Poor quality food, always gives small portions. They don't care at all any it shows. Very disappointed with this place as it is one of my favorites and I will not be going back.

  Ordered online and this is the 3rd time they charge me for Guacamole and I they don’t add it. This time I ordered it on the side to have a better chance at getting it. I used to love Chipotle but the past 4 times I have ordered has been horrible. One of my Chicken Tacos has 5 pieces of cubed chicken 5 mini squares of chicken. The other Taco has an old tortilla as the rim is hard but the bottom is soggy. I was impressed that I placed the order and the delivery was coming with 10 minutes. Only to be so disappointed on the meal. I guess Chipotle has jumped on this new bandwagon of getting less and paying more. Save your money. I struggle with treating myself to Chipotle as it is because it’s pretty pricey for the amount you get. Only to have it absolutely disappointing yet again. I don’t like complaining but if I can save someone else from being disappointed than It’s a balance.

  This one is a a hit and miss. Some days you get great service and food and some days you get only one of the two. This day I hot a great guy making my food and in the end my food was great as well. When you have nothing but college kids working somewhere, you cant ever expect the best of the best hahaha. But you can always count on it being open.
