  Fries were soggy, we ordered cajun tenders snd got buttered up greasy tenders. Usually our experience was great, this was not.

  The absolute WORSE service I have ever experienced and the sole reason I will never return. I placed my order online. I received the text from the app stating my order was finished 2 minutes before I arrived at to pick it up. When I went in the server at the register was assisting another guest. After she finished I gave them my name and was informed that they were "waiting on a few things" for the order. No big deal so I waited. While I waited the woman who had ordered at the counter got her food, as did the two customers who came in after me and placed their orders AT THE COUNTER. The app had suggested my food would be done around 8:15 and had told me my food was done at 8:15 yet I did not receive my food until 9:00pm. After every other order at the time had been handed out. Turns out, my food had NOT been waiting on anything and had instead been sitting there for over 30 minutes. When the sever finally gave me my order everything, and I mean everything, was cold and had to be reheated. I was made to wait for almost 45 minutes for food that wasn't even fresh OR warm. And all I had was two meals. So chicken, fries, and corn. It wasn't a large order or even a complicated order. I love Wingstop and have been coming to this one since it opened. But after that BS... I don't think I will ever wasting my money on that sort of treatment or service again.

  This establishment has horrible customer service the young girl working the front was terrible and obviously does not care about customer satisfaction. I spilt my drink outside and I went in to get a replacement drink and she said once we leave out of the restaurant it is not their responsibility. As a paying customer I would least expect so empathy because I had a large order and the bag ripped because they over packed my bag causing my drink to spill. No empathy for paying customers and we are not their responsibility.

  I was in the restaurant today, and the staff was pretty rude. An Amazon delivery driver came in to use the restroom after dropping off a package for the establishment an employee chased him out the store yelling about restrooms being for paying customers only. I understand that but there could have been more professionalism.
