Food is great but service is terrible. Everytime I place a to go order they either forget to put the order in or takes far much longer to have the order ready than they say it will take. Today placed an order in and when I got there they forgot to even place the order. They knew my order but never got placed. At the same time I was there others had the same pronlem

They marked it as ready even though it wasn’t ready. We had to sit and wait for a while. I’m guessing they are trying to trick the system to make it look like their ticket times are lower and it told me it was done at 4:06 and that was wrong they finished at 4:20

Not really sure why they offer order ahead when they have no ability to complete orders on time. At 5 PM I ordered a meal for one person and set the pick up time at 6:45 PM. I arrived at 5:35 and let them know I arrived. At 6:45 I was advised it wasn't ready. I inquired again at 6:50 and was advised it wasn't ready. Same thing at 7:00pm. At 7:10 PM, I advised them if my food wasn't ready in the next five minutes, I would have to cancel the order. At 7:12, I was given my order. Considering all the other negative reviews, this appears to be the norm. I also saw some Fries left on the countertop for well over 20 minutes before being bagged up and given to another customer. Hopefully they don't mind cold and soggy fries. No apology, no recognition of the fact that they could not complete orders on time. I was excited to try this place out, but I doubt I will return. If the food sucks and the service is great, I will always give it another shot. If the food is great and thr service sucks, there's a good chance I won't come back.

They got my order wrong I told them to cook it extra crispy and they did not follow that instruction well it was soggy and lots of fat on the chicken

Went in an hour before close, I walked in and the workers instantly rolled their eyes talking among themselves, I ordered door dash pick up so they didn't need to work so hard and talk to me but when I got my order I didn't know which cup was the 20oz that came with my order so I asked "excuse me which is the 20oz" and one of the lady's working walked over grabbed the cup and slammed it down and walked away without saying a word.. Overall my food was good but the service was absolutely terrible even just for a pick up.. I work customer service and get off late, so I understand the frustration but I didn't even interact with them to be treated how I did, I just genuinely asked a question?
