  I wasn’t gonna write a review because I know most of the staff there and they know me as my daughter used to work there, but this evening totally Upset me. Last week we went in with my two smaller children and I and we ordered two things each of the menu for a total of six items. They were busy and I understand that but we ended up waiting 35 minutes for our food. I was talking with another lady who had been waiting for over 35 minutes. We finally got our food and to be frank. It wasn’t the best it could’ve been more fresh but they were busy. so my kids asked if we could go back to Taco Bell tonight 8/26/26 because they love the cheesy bean and rice burritos. I said we can do that. I left my house at 6:38. Got to the Taco Bell about 640. by the time I was done ordering my food, It was about 643 and I was in line behind two other vehicles. we ended up waiting for 12 minutes behind the first vehicle. the second vehicle finally pulled up to the window and we’re like OK we’re on a roll here. Well, we ended up waiting another seven minutes or so for the vehicle in front of us. I finally get up to the window and the kid was completely lost on the screen and decided to say oh did you order this? I said yes that was my order and I paused for a moment and I asked him how much longer the weight would be. He began to throw out excuse after excuse after excuse and I was like OK. I just need to know how much longer this is gonna take and he decided to say that he has the right to refuse service to me and that I needed to leave the property for asking a simple question. How much longer do we have to wait? I decided to get his name and I decided to leave. I will no longer go to that Taco Bell and this is sad because I know a lot of the staff. I am a regular.We eat there three or four times a month. I’m very saddened by this and the behavior not only from last week with their poor Customer Service but this week as well not to mention, the kid Noah who works there did not have on a hairnet with it looked to me like un brushed hair and his facial hair not clean shaven or anything like that! that is completely disgusting. I have never had a worst experience at that Taco Bell than what I did tonight that entire night crew needs to be retrained and if they cannot handle Customer Service, they do not need to have a job there.
