  The food was good, but the sandwich makers seemed unfriendly and like they didn’t want to be there. One of the employees, I believe her name was Candy or Cindy, spoke with a rude tone that made the experience uncomfortable.

  If I could’ve given a zero on service I would’ve. Went in to get a couple of sandwiches and they got them wrong. They made me go to the back of the line behind everybody else to make them. Four customers that came after me left before me. Totally unacceptable!!!

  12th Street location, answer your phone! I called at least 10 miles before someone answered. Then when someone did answer, she was rude as all get out. Told her I needed to cancel an online order, she asked my name, she said ok I canceled it. I said thank you and just hung up on me! This female needs to go back to customer service school! Today at 12:50 pm

  The service was quick, friendly and most of all staff wore masks and tables were spaced. The ding is because only four people wearing masks counting us, 17 customers didn't have one on. That is a problem everywhere.
