  Pulled up and ordered two drinks, car pulls in next to us and orders. They get food and drinks before us and then they never brought our drinks out so we just left. I have had terrible service at this location multiple times

  Person on the microphone was rude , wanted half chilli cheese fries and half tots in a large said they don't do that. I used to work at Sonic yes they do . If anything it's america give me what I want. we were about to leave then the car hop skating around saved the slightly sour experience of no hand breaded onion rings and not customizing something so simple . She was skating with expertise, like bro and she was nice m like how hard is it to just be nice microphone operator. Couldn't give us the time of day. I know customer service sucks but it makes or breaks an experience. If not for that car hop we would have left bruh.
