  My boyfriend went to sonics by the mall and he didn't have very good service they threw away his hamburger that he ate well he bought I should say

  5 minute wait time JUST TO PLACE THE ORDER while standing at the walk up kiosk in 103 degree heat. The touchscreen doesn't work on the kiosk either. Tried to contact customer service already and they refuse to do anything at all because I'm not an app member. Apparently you need to give Sonic access to your phone and personal information to be able to get good service. There's a dozen other restaurants within walking distance of this place, eat at one of those.

  Management must not exist here, this place is ran so poorly. When it’s not even busy, the drive thru is being ignored. It has happened to me twice in the last 2 weeks. Bad attitudes when you can actually get someone to take your order.

  Been waiting in the drive through for 15 minutes... Four cars just drove away in line in front of us because Sonic couldn't take their order in time...
