I haven't been in the store in years because of another incident where I was waiting in line at the deli counter, and was told that I could just keep waiting cause the lady behind the counter was having an extended conversation with another customer. I thought I'd give it another try here, thinking maybe things have changed. They have not. I was the customer counter for several minutes waiting for someone to come help me. There was young man who was very respectful, and went and informed someone else that I was there. But still waited several minutes for someone to arrive. And when they did arrive, there was no apology, no statement of Thanks for waiting...nothing. I don't mind waiting if someone is taking care of something, but don't then act like it's almost a burden to be helping someone. Just be nice.

Can’t come in and go out the same door, they have all the lines off so if you need to go grab a cart you gotta run around stuff. Dumb set up. Go to city market.
- AWAli WhiteMay 10, 20261.0If you are a mom on Mother’s Day and you’re exhausted and just wanted some iced coffee but you linger too long at the cooler door because they don’t have what you want, watch out for a white man, close-cut haircut and a pink polo shirt, who will scream, “HEY!” from down the aisle and continuously glare at you as he slowly walks by. 100% unprofessional and inappropriate. If your staff is worried or concerned about a customers actions, maybe train a new technique.
