I had a great experience at Quba! The food was absolutely delicious and everything tasted fresh and flavorful. The people were also very friendly, welcoming, and made the experience even better. You can really tell they care about their customers. I definitely enjoyed my visit and would highly recommend Quba to anyone looking for great food and friendly service!

I come here pretty often for the nachos, and I’ve always loved QDOBA. But lately, the experience has really gone downhill. The portions have gotten noticeably smaller, and it honestly feels like they’re rationing the toppings because what I’m getting now looks like half of what I used to get.
On top of that, the tables are frequently left messy, and the steak on my nachos was actually cold the when I went today. I’ve also had a few experiences where the employees seemed to have an attitude, which just makes the overall experience even more frustrating.
A few months ago, I would get a nacho bowl and have so much food that I’d run out of chips before I ran out of toppings. I’d usually have plenty of the nacho bowl left over to take home and eat for dinner later.
Now? I don’t even get full from the same order, and I’m still ending up with nearly half a bag of chips left because there simply isn’t enough food to go with them. That’s a pretty significant difference in portions compared to what I was getting just a few months ago. At this point, I’m not sure it’s worth paying $25 for a skimpy plate of nachos with a puddle of cheese and cold meat.
I really hope QDOBA steps it back up, because I genuinely used to love coming here. Better portions, cleaner tables, hot food, and better customer service would go a long way. Do better, QDOBA.
