I'm really disappointed. This is normally my favorite location but I've started to notice lately that the service I get now isn't as great as it used to be. I went in last night 9/7/26 and was very underwhelmed with the experience. The girl serving me on the line was very sweet and thorough and very helpful. However, here are the issues I saw/encountered. At the time I came in there were about 4/5 people in line before me. The girl was the only one making orders while the manager Joshua( thank you name tags) was just standing at the register not helping her at all. Then when I got down to the register he was very very pushy about downloading the app even after I told him a firm no he still brought it up another 2 times while I was checking out. I understand that he probably has to ask about that though is fine but no means no and that got just doesn't understand that. I then proceeded to sit down and eat my meal and I watched him be rude and snappy to the employees working and it just made the whole experience very uncomfortable. Someone needs to do something about this guy and if not I sincerely believe you will lose a lot of customers because of him and his attitude. I know that I'm going to start going to a different location now just because of how he acted and how uncomfortable I felt because of him.

I hate to leave reviews and I should have said something while I was there. But on the way home I just couldn’t stomach it the more I thought about it. I love qdoba as much as the next person but today I was disappointed with the assistant manager’s hygiene and cleanliness. I didn’t get her name but her name tag said assistant manager. I am a huge fan of this place and love the food, but lately every time I come to this location or another local location, I am disappointed by lowered portions, undercooked rice and beans, and this time I walked in about 220pm and the assistant manager was seen on her personal phone with gloves on in the back by the stoves, and then proceeded to place chips in the fryer with said gloves, and then comes around to finish my bowl with the same gloves. There is so much germs on phones and to shove the phone in your back pocket and not change gloves is honestly gross to me. And on top of that, paying $4 for extra protein just to get skimped out on regular portion of chicken and not even a full portion of steak (extra portion) just astounds me. It’s not considered “double protein” if you’re really getting half portion of chicken and half portion of another meat. In the future, I will most likely be taking my money and business somewhere else. Once again, I love qdoba and their food, but when I have an experience like this it makes me want to take my business elsewhere.
