  I was here about a week ago and went to the drive-through and my order was wrong but Figured maybe it was just because I used the drive-through and they were busy. Today I went inside hoping the communication would be better and spent over $90 dollars and got home and all my sandwiches were wrong, I ordered 6 sandwiches.... one of them I specifically asked for no mayo and an unwhich got home to find it was on bread with mayonnaise and that was just one of them, I was charged for cheese but didn't get it on multiple sandwiches.. super disappointed.

  Wonderful service had a problem with the sandwich and they fixed it and treated me with lots of respect about visiting from Denver. This is gonna be one of the busiest Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to with a drive-through and they were busy and they still looked up and gave me good customer service

  The ladies working tonight were super sweet, had a great vibe going, and got our order out FREAKY fast! I always love coming to this location!

  I had an issue in the past, but I encourage you to speak to the manager if you have any problems. I did that instead of reacting in anger. he was very courteous and concerned and solved the problem right away. In the future remember to talk it out instead of venting behind a phone. Advice for all of us including myself.
