    It often times take 20+ minutes to get my coffee. I ALWAYS order ahead, for walk up, and give 10-15 minutes lead time and I can't remember a time when my coffee was ready when I got there. The staff is great, happy... but the wait time keeps me from ordering here very often.

    Hey guys can yall be better about time commitments. When an order is to be picked up at a certain time, it’s ordered ahead and then you have us wait 20 minutes on top of that it makes other people late. I didn’t realize I should order 1 hour and a half in advance to still be punctual. Be more effective, be better at time management. Do better.

    30 minutes I sat in line with multiple othet cars while staff sat inside and line didnt move. Chick comes out and let's someone cut every single person in line. Absolutely ridiculous. Dumb staff.

    This has to be the most inefficient Dutch / coffee shop I have ever been to. Waited over 35 minutes to be served. Watched employees taking trash, visiting with friends outside for 15 minutes. Sad part was I was only 5 car's deep. Drinks we ok, have had better at other Dutch Bros. Word to the wise DO NOT GET IN LINE WITH YOUR CAR, park and go to the window they seemed to get quicker service.

    Your app is trash. I ordered drink but it kept denying my card on the app. So I thought no big deal ill go to the location and buy drinks. All was great until I seen you took my money out of my account
