- CCCaitlyn5 days ago5.0I’m not one to make reviews but my service on Wednesday was spectacular! Sydney was so kind and helpful when my grandchild and I came through the drive thru! He’s never had Dutch before and I don’t have much knowledge. Sydney was absolutely amazing at helping us narrow down what kind of drink he’d love! And he did! She worked super fast and we were able to get our drinks in a great manner. Best first time experience for him with Sydney! Will be coming back!!
- AAAmandaMay 1, 20263.0Every time I order ahead, it takes no less than 20 minutes (usually longer) after arriving at my scheduled pickup time to get my drink (I always do the walkup window). It either gets lost, given to the wrong person, or they forget to check me in. Today, they checked in the wrong person, so gave me the wrong drink. When I went to get it fixed, took another 10 minutes (was there over 30 minutes today for 1 cup of coffee). I don't go during busy times and it's happened 3 times now....

I order ahead, said the drink would be ready in 5-8 minutes. After 20 minutes beyond that, I got my drink! I feel sorry for the clerks that have to tell every customer sorry for the wait time but I would think that they would have Management in place to get it fixed. I guess it's time to delete the app

- DDDethKl0kApr 25, 20262.0Slowest Dutch Bros I've ever been to, by far. Went a couple weeks ago and waited 30 minutes in the drive through. Yesterday, I tried the mobile order pickup. It was supposed to be ready at 5:00. I finally got it at 5:20, after placing my order at 4:46. 34 minutes for a mobile order. I also watched two separate walk up orders receive their orders before I got mine. I will not be going back to this Dutch Bros.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
