    If coffee is your thing then this place for you. It is normal to have a line around the block for this place. It is at a good place to get in and out.

    I paid for an American eagle with whipped cream and caramel and all I got was a goddamn argument so I just left my coffee there.. Crap crap service

    I really don’t appreciate how if you order in person at the window they automatically add a 20% tip (that they don’t tell you about) and then proceed to ask you to leave a tip. I only figured it out because it was way more than I was expecting for 2 drinks and I double checked the app. SMH do better. Not cool to be double tipping yourselves and making people feel bad for not leaving that second tip. This location is also very slow. Even when I use the app my drinks are never ready by the time they quote me. Every time I go here I just leave frustrated.

    I went there today and ordered a pumpkin brulee cold brew and they gave me the pumpkin brulee breve. The cashier handed me my drink and. I realized it was the wrong drink so I told him and offered to give it back. He said no worries they would just make a new drink. Another employee came to the window and asked me for the drink that was made incorrectly and had me give it back to her. Crazy, how she acted like I was trying to get one on them when it was a simple error. Lol

    My first time to Dutch Brothers. I have heard how popular the coffee was from others which was apparent by the huge line of people waiting for service. They had a person taking orders on foot, but they seemed swamped. I got the coffee home only to find that none of them were right, we tried drinking them anyway but they had an odd aftertaste. We wound up throwing them out. I'll give them a few weeks and try again, I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and say it was a one off.
