- SLShayna Livingston2 days ago1.0Got in line understanding the line was already getting long, was ok until THREE different cars who arrived a very long time after we did had their orders taken before us. When we brought it up to the person taking our order she was very rude and said there were signs explaining how their drive through worked. We asked her if the other lane was the exress lane and she gave us another rude answer. Very disappointed with Grand Junction dutch brothers today.

On top of that, my drinks are wrong more often than they're right, which gets frustrating when you're paying premium prices. I really hope they improve their customer service and pay more attention to making orders correctly.
- BLBecka LynnJun 6, 20262.0Drinks are always great but this is the most inefficient Dutch Bros I’ve ever been to, the broistas don’t even take your order til your 4 cars from the window and even though I ordered ahead 30 minutes before I got here it still isn’t ready. That’s ridiculous. I try to give it a new chance every few weeks because I love their drinks but I can’t stand this service anymore. Before I moved here I’d get Dutch Bros every weekend and no matter how busy it was, it never took this long and they took my order multiple cars back so by the time you’re at the window it’s actually ready. Do better.

I wish I got her name, but she was so so sweet and helpful and made our first experience at Dutch Bros amazing. The drinks are fantastic too and everyone we interacted with was so kind!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
