- JGJavier GuzmanJun 12, 20263.0I ordered a pizza and I added the direction to make it well done. I waited 25 minutes to pick it up and when I got home it was slightly undercooked. Seriously, how hard is it to put read the order and make it right?
- TTT TMay 28, 20262.0I went in to pick up the pizzas I ordered at the OM location and it was dark inside and no one was around. After about 5 minutes, I see a teenage boy on the back on his cell phone. He finally comes up and gives me the pizzas. When I get home, I take the pizzas out of my car and see grease stains all around where the pizza boxes were. I ordered pan crust pizzas and usually they put extra cardboard to absorb the grease and there was not any extra cardboard under the pizzas. Then I get the pizza into plates and see that the pizza crust is mostly missing on the bottom from bubbling up. It was just the toppings with the crust missing underneath. Also the pizza was cut up horribly. Usually they are mostly even pieces. These slices were cut up ridiculously. I thought it was a joke. Maybe the manager should train this young worker a bit better.

I am from out of town and was here in Junction visiting some and staying at there house. While they were out working I was board out of my mind and decided to order a pie. The driver Kevin was amazing, he started chatting me up, asking how I was doing and if I was into anything fun. I was like you know, I am board as hell. He took it upon himself to turn on to some really cool places to visit like the Monument and some other decent restaurants in town. This is the kind of service I miss. Strangers helping strangers! Thanks Kevin for a few good laughs and some killer suggestions. Plus he got here lighting fast, my pizza was still smoking hot.

They were all amazing especially for being short on drivers on a weekend I went and picked it up (they offered to redeliver the pizza but I went down and got it) I have never had an issue with them and they are always wonderful. Thank you guys for the great experience.
