- LGLorelei GraffiusMay 9, 20265.0Smallest scoops I’ve ever seen from a chipotle, they were not slinging the chicken with any generosity. The chicken was way over seasoned and we found many bones and cartilage pieces throughout our food. Very disappointing experience.

They prioritize online orders over people who are actually standing in line, which is frustrating when you’ve been waiting. On top of that, they often run out of key ingredients like veggies hours before closing — it feels like they’re not planning properly or just don’t care about late customers. I used to enjoy coming here, but the service has gone downhill.

Then they save the mixed vegetables for online orders only. Then you have to wait at the cash register while they prepare more online orders. The staff is not friendly or happy that we are there. I think they would rather us just do online orders so they don’t have to bother with interacting with us. I did not like how we were treated or the folks behind us. Do better!
