  We had Armando’s Tacos cater our grad party and I genuinely cannot recommend them enough. The food was amazing, but honestly, it was way more than just how good everything tasted. The energy they brought made the whole experience even better. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and just overall awesome to be around. What really stood out was how easy they were to work with. They were flexible, worked with all of our needs, and made the whole process stress-free from start to finish. You can tell they genuinely care about making your event special. If you’re thinking about booking them for an event, do it. They helped make our grad party unforgettable.

  Learned my lesson…. Had the Brirra, steak and chicken taco. Mostly gristle in the steak. None of them had any real flavor, bland. Very disappointing considering the price. I expected some pretty decent tacos but left very disappointed. Any other taco shop here in Grand Junction is far better in flavor and price than here.

  The rib eye taco is fantastic!!!!! We enjoyed the birria, chicken & carnitas too, but the rib eye was our favorite. Totally crave-worthy! Glad they are easy to connect with!

  Wow. Just had the birria tacos and they were phenomenal. The fresh cilantro and perfect amount of kick from the red salsa complimented the flavors from the birria perfectly. Will have to try something else from Armando next time, but highly recommended!!

  They may be authentic Colorado taco’s, but they certainly aren’t authentic Mexican taco’s. 3 el pastor street taco’s and a drink cost $21(highway robbery) the pastor street tacos come an overcooked crispy taco, dry PULLED PORK WITH ZERO ADOBO SAUCE, lettuce, and tomatoes (the Driest taco I’ve ever had, with pulled pork) the service was absolutely horrible, like I was a nuisance for Ordering food. All in all this food truck is a bust. Anytime someone asks for a real authentic Mexican food truck, I make sure to mention this place as one to not go to.
