  Some of the servers seem as if they have to out of their way to bring you your order. No refills. Overall, not great. Food was good, band was fun, service was lacking

  The wings here were so delicious and so was the Pretzel. The Pretzel was huge. We got here not knowing it was half price on the apps. So that made it even better. But even if we paid full price it still well worth it. The service was good as well. The only problem we had was getting the check. It took forever to get it other than that it was a great stop. They had all kinds of memorabilia here of the bears football team. Brought back many memories especially seeing Gayle Sayers Jersey and seeing it signed by him.

  We were hungry and decided to stop in for bar food and an adult beverage. I ordered a Bloody Mary. When the waitress, who looked about 70 yrs old with a 10 ten old body, brought it to the table, There sat a pint glass full of tomato juice with MAYBE MAYBE an ounce of alcohol. I asked if they had any celery or olives, she said ' WE MAY HAVE SOME BLACK OLIVES BACK THERE"! Her attitude immediately surfaced. I said NO PROBLEM, CAN I HAVE SOME MORE LEMON AND LIME? I saw her immediately turn to the LAND OF THE WALKING DEAD Bartender and laugh. I watched them and thought...this is the exact situation where you have that gut feeling their doing something to your food, you know what I mean. We completed the meal , omitting most for fear of what was done to our food, paid our bill and left without leaving a tip. Im so tired of poor customer service when you call them out on anything. I mean anything, they immediately cope and attitude. To the manager of this facility. you need to be aware of your staff's behavior. Even when they may be with you for a long time. People get stagnant when they've been at a job for awhile. To any potential customer, there are a few other places close by, GO THERE.

  First time visiting this establishment and I really enjoyed it! We came on a Sunday early evening and they had a live band playing some good songs and the crowd was having a great time dancing and having a great time! Service: all servers we encountered were nice and friendly, service was prompt and they give you enough time between visits if you need any additional items. Food: definitely a few bars above other bars when it comes to food. We tried the chicken wings, meaty and the sauce was delicious! The Chicago dog was tasty and the bun didn’t taste stale! Their pizza is really really good! Drinks: the beer came ice cold, in a cold glass! We enjoyed every sip till it was all gone! Value: your dollar definitely goes a long way here, and I found the price for what you get is absolute bargain! Overall, I enjoyed the whole experience, and definitely will be coming again! Thank you for a great first time experience!
