- MSMike SedanMay 13, 20261.0On 5/4/2026 the lady that worked that afternoon literally yelled at me for being in my phone, I walked in on the phone with my mother, and noticed the she was making what I thought was an online order, so I patiently waited for her to finish, that took about 12 minutes and I didn't make one comment, I just waited. When it came time to pay for my sandwich she threw it on the counter towards me and said, "next time have more respect and don't be on the phone". I then said I waited patiently for over ten minutes for you to.... and before I could finish she was screaming at the top of her lungs "You were on the phone!!!! I won't ever be coming back to this subway. Beware if you are on the line with a client, or far away family member while you're on a lunch break.

I asked her if the same person who cleans the bathroom cleans up by all the food. She was honest and said yes, which i appreciate. I chose to go somewhere else, because in my personal opinion if you can't make it comfortable to pee in the bathroom you sure as heck aren't going to make an effort cleaning where bacteria is going to grow.

She had her head in the game. She is a great ambassador for the store. Keep her. Give her a raise. Anyone would be lucky to have such a smart and focused employee.
