- AAAndee ApodacaSep 17, 20261.0I ordered a bunch of food and i come to pick it up. An order of 91.00$ They tell me my order has been picked up. When I showed theanager my order confirmation number she is staring blank saying someone came in and grabbed it. I don't have a common name. She starts arguing that she has to get approval from her VP to either remake or refund the order. My friend who was with me and the manager get into a yelling match. I'm a food and beverage manager. If we mess up, we remake the customers food. No questions. The manager goes to the back and comes out and says the VP is approving the remake of the order. A employee comes up to the manager and says "So someone came in and said Hi I'm so and so and you gave them the order?" the manager said "yup." He replies "That sounds odd to me." Like he didn't even believe it. If a customer is showing you proof and the confirmation order (at least where I work) you fix the problem. Not argue with the customer about "if" you can fix it. The workers were great. And I still ripped 10$ and apologized for my friend arguing. But the manager was very unprofessional and acted like fixing the issue was an inconvience. All I wanted was my food remade and it became a huge ordeal.
