  We met some friends to enjoy a Sunday Happy Hour at the Genesee Chart House. Great food, great value and great service. Pierce took very good care of us. I would highly recommend this Chart House.

  Wonderful food, wonderful service from Rachel, beautiful views and design. We were greeted by every employee when we walked in. The drinks are amazing, and everything was cooked perfectly. Absolutely recommend for an anniversary celebration 🎊

  It was such a beautiful scenery. Parking is at a premium but other than that the place is to die for. The food was excellent, the staff are very sweet and extremely attentive. We were so full and brought home leftovers too. Huge servings of their delicious garlic potatoes. Recommend trying any of their mixed drinks. We tried the fiery cucumber martini and a fleur d'lis. Amazing! Forgot to take pics of our drinks. My apologies.

  We arrived at the Chart House at 5:45, with a 7PM reservation. They took us upon arrival and we were so grateful. The waiter came to the table originally and took our drink order, but then we waited. We waited maybe 25-30 minutes for our first round of drinks. Our drinks were priced at $25-35 PER drink. We finally got our first round, and ordered our dinner. Our food came out after an hour and a half - and it was tepid. Bland, lukewarm, dry and they were out of oysters. There was a wedding the restaurant was hosting in their event space, and we noticed each plate of fish was being sent back - which paused our entire service experience. We noticed tables surrounding us were speaking up about their wait times, and staff were receptive by kindly offering discounts. But altogether - we would not come back here. If you are paying these prices, your dining experience as a whole should be exceptional.

  Truthfully, it’s really sad because our waitress was amazing. The ambience was amazing for a mid September dinner however, the folks there have absolutely no idea how to cook a steak. two of us ask3: for a rare steak (filet and prime rib) and we are very explicit in ensure it was rare. We were greeted with a filet mignon that was medium well, towards the well side, and a piece of prime rib that was nothing short of dog food. Another person ordered prime rib, medium, spent probably $70 on it because it was large version and it was a legit rubber tire. One of us sent our steak back because it was so bad, and they brought us a new one that was better. However, they needed to cut into it to ensure it was the right temperature. Absolute rookies in the kitchen. If you want a good steak, go to bastian’s in Denver. It’s criminal that they charge these prices to cook you a steak that you could get at a Mexican restaurant.
