We came here about 2 months ago for my birthday, and it was a great experience all around, so we decided to come back again for my sisters birthday. This trip was the complete opposite, some of the worst Management I have ever seen in my 20 years working in hospitality. Our server, was an amazingly kind person who provided the upmost top notch service, but the management is the complete opposite unfortunately...
Food took over 1.25 hrs to come out after ordering and going to the salad bar, so I requested the GM or Manager to come over, bigger fellow with glasses, and he said there was no excuse for this, and he would be sure to take care of us for the long wait on my sisters birthday. Then the steaks came out finally, and my finace, who ordered hers rare, came out at best a medium well, so they they took it back, and made another, which came back a good medium at best, but she went ahead and just ate the steak to avoid sending it back again.
I was most upset that the GM or Manager came over to the table, acknowledged the issues on his teams end, and proceeded to do nothing the rest of the night other than walk around everywhere else from our table, and completely avoided us.
I was so excited the first time we went for my birthday, as the experience was great, but after going back from my sisters birthday and experiencing this, I will have a hard time ever going back to this place given the lack of attention to detail from the Management. It is such a bummer because i truly thought we had found a diamond in the ruff, but in actuality, they really do not care about their guests.

We had a family gathering here in Evergreen this week. There was 12 of us, and we knew that we wanted to come here to the Chart House for our final dinner of the gathering.
We’ve been here before, but it was very busy tonight so we had to park up in the retail lot.
Since we had 12 people, we had two servers: Chance and Rachel. Both were really great, super friendly, professional, and helpful. Chance had one side and Rachel had the other.
We started off with a bottle of white wine, some cocktails and water for the table. They delivered two bread baskets to our table accompanied by butter. Ordered two orders of the kimchi calamari, which is a crowd favorite. I could eat an order by myself, but I held back. The bar was slammed, so it took a while to get the drinks, but it’s part of going out to eat at a busy restaurant. I got the Monarch margarita which came out looking more like a pink lemonade but you could taste the tequila in it.
After apps the people who ordered soups or salads got them. I had the lobster bisque, a big ol’ bowl of it. Very tasty, flavorful, and piping hot. My nephew across from me had a cup of the clam chowder which looked delicious also. A few folks at our table went with the “Chart Your Course” option, which was a soup or salad, an entree, and a mini chocolate lava cake.
Our table knew to order two regular lava cakes ahead of time, since it takes a minimum of 30 minutes for it to be done right.
I went with the shrimp and lobster carbonara, which was amazing. Had prosciutto and peas all thru the noodles, and sauce enough to coat all of the plate.
I basically inhaled the pasta dish. So good.
Chance and Rachel crushed it for our table. I saw my nephew eat his prime rib, another nephew had the Key West Swordfish, my brother had the roasted chicken.
We got two mushroom sides for the table. Everyone was super happy with the choices they made, and the service was also really appreciated. The chocolate lava cakes were well done, who doesn’t like hot chocolate lava cakes with ice cream and toffee pieces?
We will definitely be back. Thanks to the kitchen and service team for a memorable birthday meal for our parents’ 85th and 80th birthdays! Whenever our family gets together, we try hard to find good spots to eat, this is one that we will choose when we come to Evergreen.
Thanks Rachel and Chance for making our evening so enjoyable and fun. The atmosphere here is open concept and fun to see the kitchen firing dishes non stop but making sure everything is cooked perfectly.
Really, really great service!
I celebrated my Birthday at the Charthouse yesterday. The girls at the front desk were very welcoming and seated us right away. Our server Chance was knowledgeable and attentive. The steaks were perfectly cooked. Chance even brought out a piece of cake with a candle and a Happy Birthday piece of chocolate for dessert. Thanks for making this a special dinner Chance.
Our first trip to the Chart House and we weren't disappointed. The staff was very friendly from the front desk to the service staff and bartenders. Our food was delicious and made quickly, which we were worried about initially due to a very large party being sat when we arrived.
The dining room remained half empty throughout our visit which was surprising for a Friday night. But it didn't bother us, and we had a table along the expensive East windows with views of the front range.
With the higher than average prices I don't think I'd return unless for another special occasion.

We worked with Chart House for our welcome event the night before our wedding and had the most amazing experience! Addison was integral to helping us design and execute the event and was helpful, communicative, and thoughtful. The food was incredible, views were to die for, and we felt spoiled and special the whole evening. We are huge fans of Chart House and will always remember this special night when we undoubtedly come back for years to come. Chart House is perfect for a happy hour, elegant night out, or for events, too! Highly, highly recommend!!!
