I had asked for seasoned rice and a small scoop of each type of bean in my bowl. The individual working proceeded to put a full scoop of each, and when I asked for more rice to balance it out, he claimed he would have to charge extra. I explained that I either needed extra rice or for him to remake my order because of the beans, and he nodded stating “it’s fine I got you.” When he asked about protein I said chicken and he only gave me half a scoop. Once at the end of the line, I asked for queso and guacamole, and he then told me they were out of guacamole for the evening which is the main reason I stopped here instead of traveling further to chipotle. Don’t waste your time or money.
