  Katelyn took our order and I’m just disappointed because when I went up to the window and asked if I could get them toasted they said no because they were almost finished making them. Which is partially my fault for not asking sooner, but if I wanted a toasted sandwich why can’t I get it toasted. Also the guy that gave me back my change read my change out loud and still was short. I know they’re young but is there any adult actually running the store. I also asked them to cut my kids sandwich in half and they didn’t .

  We stopped by on our road trip for some Jimmy John’s which we usually enjoy. The location was definitely lacking in service, food presence, and customer service. We came in and the employees acted as if they could care less if we were there. When our order was ready we didn’t even know, it wasn’t called out. After waiting awhile, we walked up to the counter, it was sitting right there and we had to ask the employee to double check it was ours. I got a toasted chicken bacon ranch sandwich- which was over toasted and all the chicken (which wasn’t much) was shoved in the center of the crease and not spread out. I was pretty disappointed. My husband was happy with his wrap and the chips were great. Another note, my husband waited about 5 minutes for the bathroom and noticed an employee came out but he didn’t hear him use the sink to wash his hands (that thought kinda grossed me out). Parking is a little tricky, there’s only a handful of spots and hard to get to from the street. There’s some seating inside and 3 tables outside to eat at.

  They are always nice when the deliver. Food is fresh. Nice when im in a jam and forgot my lunch or dinner.
