Stopped in for breakfast on our way to a chain and thought we would give this local place a try instead. We were the only customers. The omelet was advertised as "fluffy" but it was the brownest, flattest omlete I have ever seen. I had some edible bites from the inside. The hash browns looked like the rehydrated ones from a box, almost translucent. The toast came with butter, but it was greasy like they had already buttered it or oiled it for the grill, as it looked like they made it on the grill. The other person did like the toast. Biscuits and gravy had non-traditional seasonings as well as the hand formed sausage patty. We did not enjoy it. Service was pleasant. They did offer to remake the omlete, but we had already scheduled a ride and didn't want to reschedule it to wait for a redo. They did take some off the bill. We tried to leave a tip (she gave us a 20 back out of 50), but she had no change and we didn't want to wait while she went to ask. With the discount, we paid $30 for one biscuit and gravy, side of sausage, an omelette, a coffee, and a soda.

Recently we have visited this place on the way to marble. We ordered momo platter, jhol momo , thupka and masala tea. The food was delicious and the portion was pretty good. The owner lady called Debika was very friendly and helpful. If you want to taste authentic Nepalese cuisine please try this restaurant.

We had an amazing experience at Himalayan Cuisine! The naan bread was fresh, soft, and absolutely delicious, and the curry was full of flavor and cooked perfectly. All of the food was super good and made with care. The staff and business owners were also incredibly kind, respectful, and welcoming. You can tell they are genuinely good people who care about their customers and community. We wanted to support them by leaving this review because they truly deserve respect and honor for the great food and wonderful service they provide. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for amazing Asian and Himalayan cuisine!
