  Starving with a migraine and the hubby has the car. Ordered dominoes asked to pay cash. Had nothing smaller than a 100-. It used to be as long as you alerted them they would be prepared. Now!? They tell you to go kick rocks and keep your food.

  Horrible service told me a few more minutes when I came to get my order and ended up waiting 45 minutes while everyone who came in after me was given there food girl in the back arguing and being a nuisance not running her station and talking about Zack efron and they undercooked all my food if you can go a few towns over to a different store do it don't waste your money here

  Surprised Domino's hasn't pulled the franchise license from this location. Worst service I have received in a Domino's, and based on the reviews it seems like I'm not the only one. They made a mistake on my order and when I politely mentioned it the GM (Brian) started yelling at me. Since I had ordered through the app he mentioned that he couldn't do anything because they aren't affiliated. This is very ridiculous to me and I dont like that!

  I placed an order for a pepperoni and meatlovers pizza through the stores Domino's app. I got a pepperoni and a cheese pizza. I called to get a partial refund instead I got told that it was my fault for placing an order through the stores application. Because on their end it showed a meatlovers order with nothing but cheese on it. When I questioned why would I order a meatlovers pizza but then put nothing I got told that its not their job to question things and to follow the order. So I got charged more for a pizza and then got blamed for errors on their app. Their manager Brian, astonishingly told me I should not be using the domino's app and that its not their own application. So buyers beware they are apparently not affiliated with their own Dominoes phone application. Would recommend skipping the displeasure of calling them for any errors on their app and file a compliant with corporate. *Update* Corporate office made it right.

  Ordered Domino’s expecting, you know… pizza. What showed up was more like an interactive “finish it yourself” experience. At first I genuinely thought they accidentally sent me a Papa Murphy’s take-and-bake, because there’s no way that dough was introduced to enough heat to qualify as cooked. The cheese was doing its best impression of “slightly warm,” and the crust had that soft, pale look like it still had hopes and dreams of becoming bread someday. Honestly impressive—didn’t know you could undercook pizza and still deliver it. Not mad though, just wish someone had mentioned I’d need to preheat my own oven before ordering.
