Además, pedí 15 alitas y ni siquiera incluyen un ranch. Si cobran esos precios, mínimo deberían ofrecer un servicio adecuado, incluir suficiente aderezo y contratar al personal necesario. Apoyen a sus empleados y dejen de exigirle a una sola persona que haga todo. This location urgently needs more staff. There was only one person working in the kitchen, preparing at least six large orders completely alone while everyone waited. I want to make it clear that this was not the employee’s fault—they were doing everything possible under an unfair and exhausting workload. The franchise owners and management are responsible for this situation. Expecting one person to do the work of several employees is exploitative and shows extremely poor management. On top of that, I ordered 15 wings, and they did not even include one ranch. If you are going to charge these prices, you should provide adequate service, include enough dipping sauce, and hire sufficient staff. Support your employees and stop expecting one person to do everything.

  I'm giving them a three, because the customer service person was very rude! She didn't say hi or any greeting at all! SHE had this partial frown on her face. She just threw my food on the counter and walked away. After I grabbed my food off of the counter I said have a good night she said nothing she ignored me! The young lady I had the first time I went was very nice! Honestly I wish that she was at the cash register all of the time especially when I go. I went there around 8:30 p.m. The food is usually good, but the voodoo fries didn't have enough sauce on them. I honestly don't know if I'll be returning to this one.

  Just wanted to write a quick review to mention the wonderful customer service here! Their wings and sauces are out of this world. Even though it’s limited edition, I hope they end up keeping the chamoy. It’s perfection.

  TVs playing Spanish news, loud music with a wobbly table, no ranch on my voodoo fries with light cheese sauce. Mediocre place to eat at midnight!
