  Very expensive considering you have a better chance at winning the lottery than you do receiving the correct order. (Glendale location) I've ordered 3 times within the last 2 weeks and they NEVER FAIL at botching their very own menu. Add the fact, night shift flat out refuses to answer the phone, yes REFUSES, the shrimp basket order was so wrong and poorly prepared (timed out way b4 it got 2me, shrimp bare, batter clumped on the bottom) that I'm sure it was a reused meal, nothing was correct, not even the sauces 🫩Disgusted, its that time to let Smashburger go greasefully. Smashburger? More like #Passburger 🪦

  Yesterday I went in to get something to eat Andrew rung me up a new manager the curly head guy was running the window bagging the food normally I don’t get anything when he running the window but I already drove there mind you I’m disabled and use a can as I’m sitting there waiting on my food this guy wipes his forehead with his hands so I started recording then he dug in his nose and wiped his hand on his pants then walked from window and touched bathroom handle to let a customer in mind you still didn’t wash hands so I asked him and he did but then he got mad because I didn’t want the cold fries that was sitting there for 10 mins not in the light as I’m sitting there another customer a guy starts attacking me caking me out my name almost bout to jump on a disabled woman I was scared its two men customers in there that said nothing the manager he didn’t say nothing or least call the police because I didn’t know what this guy would do to a disabled woman being that he inserted himself in me and the employee conversation it was crazy the employee spazzed out that’s why I don’t deal with him because he is always to unsanitary Andrew needs to do better with his team go over handwashing and you should have called police on that man being that I’m a woman and disabled and it was dirty
