As soon as I came in the door there is no one that has greeted anyone walking in let alone no one up front at all looks like orders are stacking up. I walked in the door at 7:05pm and have been standing here 10 mins just observing waiting for someone to come up to the front counter but it doesnt seem the front service is as important as the back service. I will say maybe short staff I dont know but the wait time is crazy ridiculous. P.S. I ordered my food online at 6:50pm and it stated it would be ready by 7:01pm. I will give it to the 3 staff members working today for Trooping along. Upper Management you need to do better. I understand you dont control the workforce but these people needed some help tonight and you failed them.
