  I won’t be back. Tried Jimmy John’s for the first time in a decade and couldn’t even eat the sandwich. Stopped in and the employees (especially the older guy) acted like I was an inconvenience for coming in. I can deal w staff that aren’t friendly, but the sandwich is inedible. The turkey tastes like it may have gone bad, and there’s only 1 piece of it. The rest of the sandwich is literally just lettuce. They didn’t even put mayo on it. It’s not even worth it to drive back and try and get a refund. Unsure if it’s just this location or if this is representative of Jimmy John’s circa 2026.

  I’ve given this place several times, and every time they mess up my order. It’s not even anything hard. The food quality of also not great, you can pay for extras like avocado or lettuce or cucumbers and you won’t get it. One of my times The guy completely forgot to LETTUCE to the veggie sandwich…. That’s a big component seeing as there isn’t much on there. Wouldn’t recommend, if I want JJ I go to another location.

  I’m just shocked by how little effort they put into the sandwich. There were literally two pickles and three small slices of tomato on my sandwich It felt like I was just eating bread. I’ve been pretty disappointed by this location

  Shot out to young guy holding down the shop by himself. Doing a great job and staying positive. Hard to be a 1 man band.

  I came to this Jimmy John’s on my lunch break and ordered a sandwich WITHOUT mayo. Not only did my sandwich have mayo on the inside, but the entire bottom half of my sandwich bread was covered on the outside as well. My receipt said no mayo, so I know they heard me. Super disappointed. Probably won’t be back. Waste of lunch money and time.
