  Drink tastes like shit. I order the same thing every time so Ik it’s not right. The staff were laughing about adding a shot of espresso to something and I’m pretty sure it was for my drink because it’s soo bitter 🙃 pic of what I ordered for reference. I hate to complain but for $7 I’d like my order to be right. Not interested in returning due to the amount of time it took to make when I ordered ahead too. 👎🏼

  Unfortunately this Dunkin location seems to have been run incompetently for years. I usually visit the location on S Broadway near Yale which provides great service. Occasionally I will pop into this one to give it another chance but I always walk away disappointed.

  Absolute WORST experience at any Dunkin ever! Got the order wrong, argumentative and rude. Corporate should rethink this license and management!

  If you have an Uber pick up dont even bother. Most of them won't acknowledge you then ten minutes later they'll tell you they didnt defrost something and thats what youre waiting for. The item gets canceled and youre still waiting another ten minutes. Wasn't busy, drink screen had 0-2 drinks at most.

  What I witnessed today honestly is insane. I came in expecting my usually experience getting coffee but instead I watched what I believe was a supervisor yelling and demeaning one of the young workers right in front of everyone. The employee was saying something about him doing something unlawful. From what I gathered she called corporate about him, which I can see why, and he got hostile in response. That’s when he started threatening her and saying he could fire her and even the other manager if they backed her. He also said, “I can do what I want, I’m the owner.” Which is just plain wrong to act that way. As a customer, it’s really concerning to witness something like that. No one should be spoken to or threatened that way, especially at their job and in front of a crowd. It made me feel bad for the staff and uncomfortable being there at all. I really hope this gets the attention of corporate or someone who can step in, because that kind of behavior isn’t okay. Everyone deserves to feel safe and respected at work.
