Service is always incredibly slow. This time there was a spilled drink on the floor that wasn’t cleaned up the whole time we were there. Waited 20 minutes for our order in store. I wish the owner would hire better staff because it’s such a great location

The employee speaking to me had a lot of attitude and told me I had to come inside to choose which donuts I wanted. What really got me was when I went inside the store and the girl and the other man (manager) were TERRIBLE in presenting customer service. This was the rudest encounter I’ve ever experienced at a store. She rolled her eyes, then looked me straight in the eyes and said she refused to serve me… tried to keep my donuts. The other guy told her to give them to me. She just laughed and charged me for my order. I said “you can keep the change” in a nice way and she threw the coins into the jar and stormed off. 100% will never go here again.

But yet they still charged my account. The place is filthy, dirtiest one by far that I’ve visited. Customer service is the absolute worse. They got my order wrong and didn’t care nor bother to correct it until I pointed it out and had to tell her what was ordered vs her randomly putting donuts in my box. Unreal. This placed should be shut down honestly, it’s an embarrassment for the corporation. I’ve only been going to D&D for 40+ years all over the country but I can definitely say I will never support this location again and advise to not to go unless you want horrible customer service, donuts below their typical standards, at a dirty location.
