  I think this is the last time i ever eat here. The food is honestly terrible. My family got two chicken sandwhiches and the chicken is cold on both. One of them ive had before and the size of the chicken patty is a third of the size when i got it prior, it actually looks like a chicken finger that got put on it instead. We got nachos and all the chips are stale with almost no toppings. And we also got a appetizer of the jumbo tater tots, the outside is burned but cold on the inside and straight up mush with no flavor. I can see why theres so many negative reviews for this location. This was just awful all around.

  A 1 star is honestly being nice The past few times me and my friends have visited wether the dining room is full or empty it take a minimum of close to three hours to dine. During your wait the server only checks in maybe 3 times. Your drinks will sit empty and no matter how many time you stare at your waiter they will just run to the back. This visit we waited almost 2 hours for our food just for it to turn out cold and incorrect. My friend got the mac and cheese which came out hard as a rock and everyone could hear her just trying to get her fork in. When the issue was brought up management was supposed to be brought over and now it’s added an extra 20 minutes and when she came over nothing but excuses and pointing fingers.

  This is the second time this has happened. My friends and I have come in and wait close to 3 hours for anything. Drinks empty, avoidant servers. We try to be understanding in the beginning and know that things can get busy but this time I’m upset. I worked in a very busy restaurant for the last 5 years. This is not okay. My Mac n cheese was hardened, crusty, and cold. Everyone’s wings were cold by the 2 1/2 almost 3 hour mark we had been checked on maybe 3 times. 1 update on the food right when it was coming out. Our server isn’t entirely at fault but some of this could’ve been less frustrating with proper communication. I am unsatisfied and disappointed. 2 times in a row we have sat here for hours with no communication and ended up with cold food and empty drinks.

  We ate at the Buffalo Wild Wings in Ft Collins on Tuesday April 28 and were totally satisfied. My wife has Celiac and they have a dedicated fryer that is gluten free and also offer Hollidaily Gluten free beer so we both were able to enjoy wings and beer. Topher was our server and he was excellent. He was attentive, knowledgeable, friendly, outgoing, and provided us with outstanding service. It was a pleasant experience when we ate there
