- EDEthical Desert1 day ago2.0I know its busy but do you really need to be so rude and have the look of anger to every person. The food was poor portions for the size of the lunch items. And I had to ask repeatedly for my cup to get tea.

- GFGypsy Fisher5 days ago2.0First, tried ordering through the website ahead of time. It made me create an account, but then wouldn't let me log in. Got to the store and there were 2 customers ahead of me with 4 people behind the counter (one at the register, one helping the first customer). Other two were doing nothing. I come from a family of bagel store owners, and I have never seen such ineffective staffing and slow service. 4 people behind the counter = 4 people helping customers. I tried calling but they were apparently "slammed" and couldn't answer the phone. If I didn't have my heart set on surprising my husband at work with breakfast, you would have forever lost my business.

The guy at the counter didn't want to work/you could tell and was out of something when I tried to order. He couldn't be bothered. Nor shall I, I left. With the expense of eating out/businesses need to have a product that is adequate at least and have some workers with some customer skills.

No greeting when you walk in, mumbling while you’re ordering, and complaining behind the counter like customers are an inconvenience. That’s not just bad service, it’s straight-up disrespectful. If you want to be treated like an inconvenience, go here. Otherwise, save yourself the frustration and go to the Grand Junction location where the staff actually knows how to do their job.
