I have ordered the double cheeseburger, fries, and a drink on 2 separate occasions, 2 weeks in a row through Uber Eats. I ordered a blizzard once with one of those orders. On both occasions, my food came quickly, was hot and delicious, the blizzard was ice cold and not melted at all. My drink and blizzard were neatly placed in a carrier and the bag that my food was in was clean and neat and sealed shut. My driver was friendly and delivered my food promptly. Excellent experience both times. Your burgers are delicious! Thank you!

Went through the drive through and ordered 4 burgers, fries and a few drinks. Paid and waited at the window for about 15 minutes. Now there’s 2 cars behind me so they ask me to drive up and park, once it’s ready they would walk it up to me. Both the cars behind me got their food first and proceeded to honk at me because I’m still parked a little ahead waiting for my food. They eventually drive around me, so I back up to the window. The food still isn’t ready. After about 25 minutes of waiting I get my food. Guess what, they forgot a burger!!!! First and last time coming here. Also bacon looked undercooked.
Yesterday around 3:00 p.m., there were three cars in front of us in the drive-thru, and we ended up waiting about 15 minutes. The first vehicle was ordering food, which is why everything was backed up. While we were waiting, three more vehicles pulled in behind us, and one eventually left because the line wasn't moving. We almost left too, but decided to wait.
When we got to the window, I told the employee that I knew the wait wasn't his fault. I simply asked if he could pass along a suggestion to the manager that when someone places a food order, they could be asked to pull forward so customers who are just getting ice cream don't have to wait so long.
Instead of just listening, Tyler Morris became rude and sarcastic. He told me, "The manager doesn't care and won't do anything about it," "We know how to do our jobs," and "You'll just have to wait for your ice cream." He was smirking through the entire conversation and made it clear he didn't care about my concern.
I paid for our shake and Sparkler, but after the way he treated me, I became uncomfortable when I saw him go back to where our drinks were being prepared. I honestly didn't feel comfortable drinking them because I was worried he might have done something to them. When he came back with the order, I refused the drinks and asked for a refund.
I've been to this Dairy Queen many times and have never had an experience like this. Waiting a little longer wasn't really the issue, except that this has happened to us before and we were given melted cones and sundaes. What bothered me was how I was spoken to and the complete lack of professionalism. After reading other recent reviews, it seems I'm not the only customer who has had a negative experience there.
I hope this is taken seriously because no customer should leave feeling the way we did.
Costumer serves is super unacceptable. When I was ordering I asked for 2 dr. Peppers and a Coca-cola. They the person taking my order says 2 Sprites and a Coke. Than for my burger i say a burger with cheese and ketchup when then while waiting in my car i see on my burger when I clearly said only cheese and ketchup it has everything on it. Then had to wait for a solid 30 minutes for the cashier when he missed my 2 fries when they could’ve just scooped it up. The reason why the cashier was so late is because he decided to go talk to the people in the back. So if u wnat fast food then go anywhere but Dq.

Wow come here all the time. Kylie was the manger at this location and things seemed seemed to run smoothly. Went through today and asked for managers name and was horrified at the professional and the terrible customer service. Had to get managers name from someone else on staff and this kealy was god awful. Been going here for years and idk if it’s new ownership or what but wow I hope no one eats here as they are clearly not about their customers. It’s about to go under with this new manager and I heard how she talks to the other employees terrible. Fruita is small but good business means a lot and I hope it doesn’t turn out like a lot of restraurants that go under but unfortunately that’s where it’s going under this new manager. Do better.
