If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I definitely would. Starting with the host Afel, a young man with a hidden talent been incredibly efficient, polite, and made sure to acknowledge everyone, that's in line at a very super busy time of the morning. He deserves an award 🏅 and the next person I would like to acknowledge is our server Tina, she was absolutely amazing, polite and was on top of things, we didn't have to ask for anything. She was a few steps ahead of us. Are food came out quick, even though it was super busy. The food was delicious. This place is definitely best breakfast place in Frisco.
Our server was great and went above and beyond to make our experience great! Truly an amazing person. It's a shame the kitchen staff ended up dropping the ball. Pancakes were largely burnt, and the home fries lacking in flavour. The bacon and eggs were alright. Honestly it was quite busy, which could be the reason behind our experience. Once again, great server, comped our two burned pancakes and got us some cookies to go.

I'm going to preface this review with this.
In 2019, I had an eggs Benedict in Ireland that was served with smoked salmon instead of ham. It was, and to this day has been the best Benedict I've ever eaten.
I ordered the Eggs Butterhorn today with smoked salmon, and this particular dish beats my Ireland Benedict by a LONG SHOT. the sauce they put on it is absolutely delightful, and the service was remarkably good to top it all off.
Thank you, Laina, for serving me the absolute best dish I've had in a very, very, VERY long time.

I enjoyed the food, and the staff was friendly and quick. My family and I ordered the huevos rancheros, country-fried steak, and three pancakes. We didn't have to wait at all, although it was a Wednesday at 10:00 a.m.
After we paid, our waitress told us that because we paid in cash, we received a free cookie for every $30 spent. We chose a macadamia nut cookie and an M&M cookie, and both were delicious. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely return.
If you’re ever taking a trip to Vail Village or Glenwood Springs, this is the best place to stop and get breakfast. Not only was their latte good, but their cinnamon roll was the cherry on top of my morning. Call me goofy, but it almost made me shed a tear. 😭 You can tell their pastries (especially their croissant if you order an egg sandwich) are handmade with love. Such a nice, comfy atmosphere, and the waiter who served us was so kind and friendly. Thank you for giving us such a great experience, we’ll definitely come back for another cinnamon roll.
