It was alright, but probably won't be back anytime soon. Service was great and appreciated the ability to join the waitlist to speed things up, but the food was a letdown (Frittata #4 & avo toast with potatos). The potatoes specifically were undercooked. Just a bit underwhelming for a highly rated breakfast spot.
Come with me to this place. It is autumn in Frisco, Colorado. The leaves are starting to turn, the crisp breeze stimulated an energy that hasn’t been felt among the summer smoke and heat. Ms. Lina greets you with a warm smile. All is well. The Butterhorn Cafe provides more than just a meal, but a communion of nourishment and nurture. Come to Butterhorn, you’ll leave fulfilled.

First time in Frisco and at this lovely, cute breakfast place. Our wait was only about 10 minutes on a Saturday morning. Very busy inside. Super cool Colorado mountain ambience. Ordered four different egg breakfast, including the huevos rancheros, chicken fried steak and two other egg dishes that were all delicious. Coffee great also! Service was spot on from friendly Jesse :)

All seating appears to be for customers ordering from the menu. My wife and I just wanted to order a pastry and sit down to enjoy it, but when we went inside, we were immediately directed to a table and given menus without being asked if we wanted to order from the menu. There didn’t seem to be an option to simply order a pastry and sit down to enjoy it. The food was great, but we ended up having to go somewhere else to sit and eat it.
Staying in Frisco CO and went to breakfast at a great place right on main street. Took no time to get a seat, which they have for indoor or outdoor.
Service was outstanding and food was out of the kitchen fast.
Had the biscuits and gravy with the home fries. It was INCREDIBLE. Tina our server twisted our arms (haha) to have us come look at the bakery display case that had an amazing spread of baked desserts and various breads.
Gotta try this place. Cool piece of Frisco!
