  Every table is dirty, it's freezing in here while raining outside, it's a long wait time, and the music is awful. All while they have a full crew and the guy on register is just standing there.

  they always under fill my bowl especially when i’m paying 44$ for a bowl, burrito and a side of queso. Also BLUE hair girl “trainer” has been rude as hell the last few times. Good trainer good for you, pissed the customers off charged me for 3 taco tortillas ian even get “. large queso ian even get. Tried this chipotle multiple times as i live across the street but id rather spend the extra gas money to get a full bowl and good customer service.

  We love coming to this location becuase it’s close but the service ever since it’s opened has not been ideal. They had “no bags” apparently and didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience!!!!!!! Instead, they wrapped up 5 bowls with tin foil? How am i supposed to get this back home. No matter what time of day or how long the line is, they are always somehow backed up. The app told me my meal would be ready @6PM, it was finally ready @6:20!!!! The customer service is not great and they either need to update the app times when it gets backed up or managers need to hire more people on busy nights. Also maybe make sure you have enough supplies. I would highly suggest Chipotle brings in a new manager to improve this location since it clearly needs help. No wonder this location has 2.5 stars

  Well we asked for a quesadilla and we were charged 11 bucks for it when it only had a table spoon of chicken in it and to top it off there were about 10 fly’s attacking us and we felt like Jacky Chan in one of his notorious brawls in his movies! These thing were ruthless and it made it hard to enjoy our over priced meal! for one burrito and one quesadilla $41.00. Absolutely crazy! We need people in this store that take pride in the quality of service and food as well! This place could use a good clean as well! Service counter was kinda gross!

  This place sucks I’ve gone in their twice for a burrito each time they don’t have steak or the steak is cold and looks like it’s been sitting for a long time the food sucks and it’s expensive better off to drive to longmont chipotle or go to the Qdoba in del Camino cause the service here is shit
