  Very disappointing. As always the food is great. I was all but ignored by the staff and on top of all that they were playing music in the kitchen so loud that it was overpowering the completely different music in the dining area. Listening to two different types of music at the same time as very overwhelming and difficult for most people. Do better.

  I used to come to this Chipotle every single weekday for lunch with my coworkers and truly enjoyed my experience. Now, you get a quarter of a spoon of protein. I could look past everything, because I was at least getting what I paid for. I shouldn't have to pay double to get a single correct portion size of protein. Me and my coworkers will comeback once this store gets back on track. Until then, Qdoba will be getting my money since they at least know portion sizes.

  As a stock holder it's completely frustrating to go to this Chipotle. The place is dirty every time I go. Food splattered all over the place. Tables, counters and floor desperately need cleaned. Fix it so people that invest in Chipotle don't throw in the towel. The food delivery is not all that great at this store either. You don't even get a full scoop of protein on your burrito anymore. Shouldn't have to ask to fix it every time. Didn't used to be a hassle and was something to look forward to at lunch. I was really excited that a Chipotle was being opened near me. Now I'm disappointed almost every time I go to this store. Clean the store. Take a clue from Burger King, the customer is King! Don't be afraid to provided a value for my $15.

  By far the worst chipotle I have been to. When I walked in I was not even acknowledged for several minutes. Once I placed my order I had to stand and wait at the register for several minutes (I was the only person in line) to get checked out. Then got over charged for something I have gotten several times before by $3, which I know isn’t much, but when that’s a 160% increase from what I usually pay I have a problem with it. When I mentioned this to the person at the checkout they didn’t do anything about it. She didn’t even give me my receipt to see why my total was what it was. Once I actually got to eat my food, the beans had no seasoning. And the quesadilla was a joke. I would never go to this location again.

  I'm only doing a review because I want this location to be better. I dine here 3 times a week and usually 2/3 times the food portions are unacceptable. If the food was half the price I'd be fine with the half effort meals. This is exactly why people created a movement of walking out of Chipotle empty handed. It is simply not worth the time or the money for what you get here. I understand this location is new. But that means all the training should still be fresh in the employees minds with what the expectation of Chipotle should be. I would give it 1 star, but the majority of the staff is so kind and welcoming. They just need to be trained properly about portions. The attached photo is an example of double meat and extra rice instead of beans. The bowl isn't even half full. This isn't what Chipotle is all about. Please help your staff. I don't need a direct connect or an offer for free replacement food. I only want to see this location succeed. Proper portions will keep the customers out of Qdoba. Thank you.
