Bad proportion size, careless staff, and when I ordered a pick up order through the drive through (Chipotlane), I ended up waiting genuinely 40 minutes in line. How many more bad reviews will it take to see a change? We'll see.

- JWJacob WestMay 31, 20261.0I am very disappointed with my recent experience at Chipotle. We ordered tacos, and each taco had only a single small piece of chicken in it. Considering how expensive food has become, this is simply unacceptable. I called the store to address the issue, and while they offered to remake the order, they would not provide a refund. I don’t feel customers should have to spend additional time and gas driving back to the restaurant to correct a mistake that should not have happened in the first place. Unfortunately, this is not the first time we’ve experienced issues with portion sizes at this location. There seems to be a lack of consistency and quality control. Chipotle needs to do a better job training employees, ensuring proper portions, and providing a better overall customer experience. I have always enjoyed Chipotle, but experiences like this make it difficult to justify the cost. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works to improve service and consistency.
