The guy at the self checkout was rude to me about it and gave me a bad attitude and just walked off leaving me at the checkout very sick and trying not to cry because of how horrible I feel.

The screen confirmed that the item had been canceled, so I assumed it had been removed from my purchase. However, when I completed my payment and got home, I checked my receipt and realized I had still been charged for the cherries, even though I never took them. This is very concerning because the system tells customers an item has been canceled when it apparently hasn't. I don't know if this is a software bug or another issue, but it should be fixed to prevent customers from being charged for items they don't receive. I hope the store investigates this and refunds me for the item.
