  Got shoulder checked twice today by the gentleman (using that term extremely loosely) manning the self-checkout area. Both times, although there was plenty of space, while walking towards the guest in need of assistance he brushed up against me. After the second time I calmly pointed out, "by the way sir, that's the second time that you bumped into me without saying excuse me." He looked me up and down and rolled his eyes at me and did not acknowledge what I said. I stood behind him and the guest he was helping, waiting for him to finish so that I could ask him if he was planning on saying excuse me or apologizing, and in that time a manager came over to assist wit thhat guest because she was having a particularly difficult issue. After they were both done with the other lady, he looked at me and said "I'm sorry! geez is that what you want?" And while I was explaining to the manager what happened, he shouted at me again "I said I'm sorry, dude you need to chill." (He neither apologized nor acknowledged me, which was the reason I was waiting for the manager to be done.) He walked off from the manager who was attempting to talk to him about the situation, while still shouting at me. While I don't think it's the end of the world to bump into someone, it is just basic human decency to apologize, and when you're representing a company you don't get to speak to a paying customer that way. Although seeing the way he spoke to the manager, and the responses from other team members it doesn't seem like this is behavior abnormal for him at all. I understand having a singular bad day, but if this person is that terrible with human interactions, perhaps he should not be in such a guest facing role at your store.

  Y'all need to learn when to open a cash register I had a cart full and was halfway up the aisle waiting in a queue of people trying to get to the half of the self-check that was even open. The other half was completely closed, and not a single register open. I left my cart and walked out. Do better.

  Went with my friends to pick up birthday balloons and a cake we had pre-ordered. Multiple people were zero help and actively rude. Do not expect much here.
