  It’s actually crazy to me that a chicken quesadilla is now $7… for a chicken quesadilla, not even the meal?

  They put my taco upside down in the bag it broke and spilled than when I asked them to remake it they talked about me loudly with the window open to each other saying I’m just complaining for no reason

  For what it's worth I don't blame the staff for my petty gripes with this location. I have been here a handful of times in the past 2 years and it feels like there are always new faces. It seems like the problem stems more from those in a higher position and the lack of training and communication put into the work force that is causing the issues I and several others have experienced. A tree can't stand strong if the roots are week. I hope the employees here can get their problems resolved rather than having to quite quit. Ps, I do not know any of the employees at this location. I am making this comment over the things I and others I know have seen and heard while in this restaurant. I know some managers will lash out on their employees over reviews like this so I want to make that clear.

  Waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes just to be told that we can only pick up mobile orders in the lobby. Stuck between a long line of cars, we had nowhere to go. Got up to the window and we were told to go inside. Got inside and have now been waiting 10 minutes to get our food. (Still actively waiting). The real kicker is there is no one at the front counter. Not unusual. I've been lucky to catch an employee coming out the kitchen to ask for my food. Drive thru staff will just stare at anyone waiting at the counter without offering any help. Customer service is nonexistent at this location Update: Finally got our food and the order was wrong.
