  Rude is all I have to say !!! Manager was very unprofessional and straight up put my sandwich on the the outside counter where the straws were and made no contact !!!…I will NEVER go back

  Unfortunate Update- I thought it was a a 5 star sandwich and I later that day had a 2 star tummy ache ;( . Next morning I could barf but didn't HAVE to... like almost food poisoning but not quite.

  We frequent this location and usually are satisfied. I will not return after paying over $40 for sandwiches through an online order and none of them were correct. When my husband asked to speak to manager, apparently they dont have a manager on duty to resolve anything. The shift lead was absolutely no help stating he "wasn't comfortable giving his name over the phone" when we were literally just in his face in the store. If youre gonna have a business open you should keep someone in the store who's not afraid to resolve issues when their staff messes up. Id rather do business with a robot at this point!

  Anna is amazing! She's so friendly and gives a generous amount of toppings on the sandwiches. The service was very fast and we had a group of 5 people.
