  This place. Must be under bad management because they are severely understaffed. We waited 30 minutes for 2 milkshakes i mobile ordered. & it’s not just tonight- thought tonight was particularly infuriating, this location has got to be the slowest sonic in CO.

  Ordered three shakes and by the time I got to the window 15 minutes later they were almost all the way melted. I got a chocolate master shake with peanut butter- it was barely blended (none of them were hardly blended at all) and it had chunks of god knows what in it. It was so gross I couldn't drink it. I swung around to the drive thru again and said the shake was not good and I'd like a regular chocolate one to replace it and was given attitude about exchanging it. Waiting another 10 minutes in the drive thru I finally get to the window and get aggressively asked "what was so bad about it you had to come back?" as she took it from my hand and gave me a new chocolate only shake- and didn't even give me time to answer her question. Again, barely blended and mostly melted I drank half of it and threw the rest away. I'm seriously disappointed because sonic is one of my favorite sweet treat places. I also asked for a receipt and she said "sorry I don't have it" and closed the window.

  The girl named “Layla” gave me the wrong drinks and didn’t care she made a mistake. It wasn’t even that busy so she could have fix the mistake but didn’t. Poor customer service.

  Sonic is one of my favorite places to grab a drink, especially if you order through the app! 🥤 The app gives you half-price drinks, so it’s hard to beat the value. The Route 44 size is ridiculously huge, and for less than $2, it’s an amazing deal. I also love how customizable everything is. You can mix flavors, add-ins, choose your ice, and make your drink exactly how you like it. There are so many combinations that it’s fun trying something new each visit. We usually order ahead in the app, and our wait times are typically pretty short. There have been a few occasions where the drive-thru line moved faster than the mobile pickup. If you’re looking for an affordable treat with endless customization options, Sonic is definitely worth a stop!

  Quite literally the worst fast food experience ever. We came at 8:36am and ordered breakfast. Upon arrival I was told the fryers hadnt been warmed so we would have to wait 10-15 minutes. No big deal. We waited over 30. Never in my life have I experienced this and most other Sonic locations are slow. Whoever is running this establishment needs to re-evaluate how things operate and do it quickly.
