  The girl with the straight long black ponytail at 12:30 Saturday September 26, 2026 was so rude!!! She did not bring us our food that we ordered, and refused my special needs client a refill of water!! We asked twice very nicely and she just said “NO!” unapologetically. Had to go to McDonald’s just for water. How pathetic!!! We won’t be back to this location.

  We've had really good experiences with mobile order pickup the last several times we've been to this location and the food has turned out great. It usually comes out promptly after we check-in. I really like their new $7 big meal promotion and some of the value menu and other app deals as well.

  The food is always top notch never had a terrible experience with food ever best food at a good price I order off their app they get the order out fast and overall I would recommend you eat here and not a evil clown place that takes 2 hours to get order to driver and still cancel order after I told them how ridiculous it was how long it took 😀

  They just dont seem to care. service and quality of food seems to just get worse and worse. We ordered our meal tonight. We got a supersonic with one patty and cheesy fries hard enough to handle sword play. We called them , could barely hear anyone due to the deafening level of music being played in the store. They offered to replace it, drove back up there to get a double patty supersonic not made the way we originally requested with a ridiculous tomato slice the size of a quarter. This is only outshined by our last visit where we ordered 2 drinks and tots and waited 30 minutes. They are not the sonic of old, and definitely the sonic of don't care.
