  Came through at what seemed like a dinner rush. And the people working the drive thru were extremely rude. I get it’s a rush, and you may be frustrated, but that should not reflect in your customer service. Rushing me through my order saying “is that it” with an attitude is annoying, to the point I didn’t even finish what I wanted to order completely because I was so frustrated with the attitude. Need to fix that.

  2nd time in 2 weeks the food is terrible and was delivered wrong food. A couple weeks ago I ordered a quarter pounder deluxe and it was the worst hamburger I’ve ever had. The bun was burnt as was the hamburger and both super dry. I ate one bite and threw it out. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and decided to give them another try. My granddaughter wanted a triple cheeseburger, she got a single cheeseburger. I once again tried the quarter pounder deluxe and got a dry double quarter pounder with nothing added at all except cheese. How does this McDonald’s stay in business? I can’t be the only one. But they have definitely lost my business for good. Both very simple orders, I just don’t understand how people can be so lazy and uncaring about their jobs.

  Extremely upset! this location is the worst in Colorado and I will tell you clearly they do not care they have no personality they are rude and not friendly what so ever and have messed my order up almost every time and clearly every other order here in fountain! And for it being a 2.9 rating that is absolutely horrible and they need to find someone better to run this location expecially working in the food industry it’s quite unfortunate it’s the closest McDonald’s to us! Do better please

  Ordered through the drive through they gave me my drink and asked me to pull into space # 1 ok fine I waited and waited for my food saw people who ordered after me get their food still waiting ,so I asked 3 different employees if they could check on my order as I explained I've been waiting for a long time finally a woman comes out and asked for my receipt wich I didn't get she finally brings my order needless to say I won't go back to that location!

  My daughter's and I went inside this location to eat and one of my daughter's got a kids meal. When we were given our food there was no toy. So I went up to the counter and asked for a toy. I was informed they were out of toys (mind you, there were no signs anywhere saying they were out of toys). I asked if I could get a discount or something like ice cream to substitute. Nope, not possible apparently. Next my girls realized they didn't their ranch for their nuggets. I told them to go ask for some. They stood at the front patiently waiting. The girl that went up to the counter COMPLETELY ignored my kids and helped a lady standing BEHIND them and then walked away! Another employee came up to counter to help them, but of course they were out of ranch too.
