  This place is ALWAYS busy.. but the people and the atmosphere are amazing! I usually go late at night when there’s no line lol honestly one of my favorite Dutch bros in Colorado 10/10

  This one is always packed, because its the only one closest to our ever growing town of Fountain and Widefield/Security, plus Fort Carson. Minus the few mishaps as with any other place, they always do top notch on drinks and customer service!

  If I could give this specific location a zero I would! Not only did I sit in a drive through for a literal hour. By the time we got our drinks they were wrong. This location was rude and disrespectful and lazy.

  Went in for coffees and when I got in line the girl walks past me and goes to the car behind me then places my order and gave herself a tip. After going to the window I believe she must have told her co workers/ work buddies that I was rude and when I got to get the rest of my drinks some guy with a nose ring wants to argue with me about being rude to his staff which I never was. I even wanted to tip her but she gave herself one. What a joke. They should be more worried about doing their job and learn to communicate. For a Dutch bros such sad service and even sadder atmosphere.

  Terrible experience at my go to location! I ordered two medium blended Mangonadas, and both were completely melted by the time I received them. My husband initially brought the issue to the staff’s attention, but he was essentially turned away. I then went to the window myself and explained that our drinks were melted already when we received it. They finally agreed to remake them, but the replacements still were not properly blended. At that point, I was already frustrated by the poor communication and lack of customer service, so I simply took the drinks they handed back to me. Before I walked away, the employee at the window told me, “It doesn’t get any better than this, brother.” Needless to say, I won’t be returning to this location. I’d rather stop at Starbucks than deal with this level of service again. I understand businesses get busy, but that does not excuse poor customer service or the way this situation was handled. I should not have to repeatedly ask or beg for my order to be made correctly. I’ve purchased this same drink from this location before, and it has always been icy, blended, and delicious. This experience was disappointing from start to finish. Do better. Update: 6/28/26 Management has not reached out but I found out each franchise is operated independently therefore Dutch Bros credited me my drinks back. Needless to say, I’ll make the little drive to the next nearest DB or Starbucks in Fountain. It’s a shame it came down to this. I just wanted my drink made correctly to what they advertised and what I normally receive from them. I do not care for a free drink. After reviewing low ratings from the other customers, it looks like this location has a trend of failing to make drinks accordingly to DB standard. Do better!
