    Love this location and the Goldeneagle way you much. All of the workers know my order by heart due to being a habitual repeat daily customer. I've been to other locations, the workers and atmosphere fall way short of the Fountain location. I look forward to seeing these young adults and speaking with them. GREAT JOB Fountain you're the best! Thank you everyone for all your excellent service.

    Messed up my drinks and then REFUSES to make them right because he made sure it was right supposedly. This is completely unacceptable and all because I ordered on the app? Excuse me. Fix your policies and train your employees better. To be argued with over coffee I paid 10 bucks for with tip is legit bs.

    This location NEVER has drinks out on time. You order ahead and have to plan to wait 20+ minutes after your pick up time. This specific shop is the slowest one I’ve been to in Colorado.

    I always order ahead and my order is usually ready when I get there. They remember my name, to he fair, im there 4 times a week. Kind and fast.

    I LOVE it here, the employees are sweet and have great customer service. I love them, HOWEVER making them stand outside all day in 95° heat should absolutely not be allowed. it's too hot for that and I worry about their safety. I also worry about their mental health, they're always so happy and cheery and excited, but they are 100% of the time like that, and it seems like such a fake front. Not every day has to be the best. it looks like they aren't allowed to be human with human emotions, and I totally understand customer service, you have to fake sometimes, but not 24/7. I admire people that can be nice and cheery in rough patches, but I also love honesty, I love people being genuine, authentic. I wish employees being real with their emotions was normalized, it feels welcoming to be vulnerable while also keeping your privacy.
