Today I’m assuming he was the manager and he came up multiple times to offer us a placemat for our personal high chair for my 1 year old, as well as deciding to surprise her with a cow plush, which after we gave it to her we are not allowed to touch anymore 🤣 but every time we go in, the entire dining area is spotless and family friendly. The staff here are also all the most amazing people and personally, I think the food is pretty dang good too. This is our favorite location to go to.

The bags were sealed so it was a Chick-fil-A issue and not Uber. We recieved the wrong bottle of sauce, 3 fries were the incorrect size and one sandwich was incorrect. We called the number and were transferred to what I am assuming was a main office somewhere other than here. There was an issue with the phone reception due to weather wherever that office is located so I was on the phone with them for almost an hour as she tried to get info from me. We were told we would hear back and haven't yet. Used to love this place but it has become exhausting paying for items and getting incorrect orders at all of these food establishments. We cook almost every day but with busy schedules esp in the summer we do occasionally get food elsewhere. That being said we only order out 1 or 2 times a month ( if that) and the amount of times we have had issues has been steadily rising.

I witnessed a staff member sitting on the back counter in an area where food is prepared and served. This is unsanitary, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable in a restaurant environment. Customers expect food safety standards to be taken seriously, and seeing an employee sitting where food is handled raises serious concerns about cleanliness and management oversight. It made me question the overall hygiene practices of the establishment. I hope management addresses this issue immediately and reinforces proper food safety and workplace conduct standards with all employees. Until then, I cannot confidently recommend this location.
