  The Fort Morgan, CO McDonald’s is the absolute worst McDonald’s that I’ve been to. They have either had extremely rude service, gotten our order wrong, or both on each my last 3 visits. If customer service or order accuracy matter to you, go to another fast food establishment.

  We pulled into the drive-thru and sat waiting at the speaker for several minutes with no greeting, no acknowledgment, and no attempt from anyone to take our order. While we were being completely ignored, we watched three cars in the other lane place their orders and move ahead of us without any issue. After wasting a significant amount of time sitting there wondering if anyone was even paying attention, we finally had to pull forward ourselves just to get someone to notice us. When we explained that no one had taken our order, the employees looked surprised that we were there to order at all. There was no apology, no urgency, and no effort to make up for the inconvenience. The entire experience felt disorganized, unprofessional, and extremely frustrating.

  Took an hour the first drive through part turned off when we went up there and we had to go to the second one and then the other one started working again, the bread on the deluxe mccrispy was tough and the chicken was non existent it was all breading not even an inch of chicken in it

  This afternoon my family and I went to the McDonald’s at 1203 Main St, in Fort Morgan. Aside from our small order taking 15+ minutes and items missing it was observed that gloves were not being worn by staff handling food. French fries literally falling onto employees hands and being dropped back into the rest of the fries. Who knows how other food is being handled there. When discussed with someone who claimed to be a manager, they responded with “They don’t need to wear gloves” and completely dismissed us. All of us have been feeling ill since that meal. DISGUSTING. Never again.

  The staff were not the kindest. There were two other people ahead of us that had their orders messed up. We ordered our food, payed and then realized that they had added an extra meal that we did not order. We got a refund and then when we got our food, we realized that we had two Dr. peppers when I ordered a Diet Coke (I am a type 1 diabetic and cannot have regular soda without my blood sugar spiking). Luckily, I had my fiance with me to taste each drink because I cannot tell the difference. Our receipt even said that we ordered a Diet Coke so I am not sure if they even bothered to read what we ordered. Not to mention that there was an employee on FaceTime behind the counter where you order instead of doing her job. Wouldn’t recommend coming here unless you have an extreme amount of patience.
